The Heathman Restaurant & Bar in Portland, Oregon is hosting a five-course cognac pairing dinner this Friday, October 5. Following hors d'oeuvres and champagne, the dinner portion commences with chef Michael Stanton's foie gras torchon, cognac marinated fig jam, and brioche with Hardy's Pineau des Charentes.
